Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works in the building of the Chamber Stage of the Polish Theater in Wrocław at ul. Świdnicka 28, including renovation, reconstruction and superstructure of the building of the Chamber Stage of the Polish Theater in Wrocław, including obtaining an occupancy permit.
2. Detailed description subject of the contract constitute annexes to the SWZ, i.e., among others, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, design documentation, STWiORB, decisions, arrangements, opinions, draft provisions of the public procurement contract that will be introduced into the public procurement contract (draft contracts).

1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works in the building of the Chamber Stage of the Polish Theater in Wrocław at ul. Świdnicka 28 along with the delivery and installation of equipment and technical equipment in this stage mechanics, electroacoustic equipment and stage lighting.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes Annex No. 1 and other annexes to this SWZ constituting an integral part of the tender documentation, i.e., among others, design documentation, STWiORB, decisions, arrangements, opinions, draft contract.
