Description:
1. The subject of the order is the renovation for the renewal of the Planeta I. ship class.
95 paragraph 1 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law, the Contractor will employ under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974, Labor Code persons performing activities in the field of work covered by the subject of the contract, including: persons performing assembly, dismantling, installation, painting, welding.
Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement on the basis of Employment contracts were specified in the contract template constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
96 para. 2 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law.
4. The landlord provides for a voluntary local vision. Optional, unsuccessful rejection Offers if it is submitted by a contractor who did not participate in the vision. In connection with the above, the deadline for submitting offers will be longer than the statutory minimum dates in accordance with art. 131 para. 2 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
