- 1. The subject of the contract is the renovation service for renewal of the PRS class of floating units controller-23 and controller-24. A detailed scope of renovation works carried out on the floating units controller-23 and controller-24 was specified in renovation specifications (series 100, 200,300) constituting attachments No. 9.1 to 9.6 to SWZ.
2. The renovation of floating units will take place within 60 days from the date of their transfer to the renovation, confirmed by the appropriate protocol. The removal of vessels for renovation will take place within 10 days from the date of signing the contract.
3. OrderingIt does not require a requirement to submit an offer after completing a local vision. Nevertheless, the contracting authority recommends the contractors to make a local vision on their own, after prior agreement, by e -mail: roman.kielpikowski@umgdy.gov.pl with min. 2 days in advance.
4. In the implementation of the contractThe contractor or the subcontractor submitted by him will be constantly, during the entire duration of the contract he employed under a working time contract adequate to entrusted tasks persons performing activities: physical work performed at the renovation of the ship. The contracting authority reserves that the wholeremuneration of persons employed under an employment contract performing activities under the contract, must be paid to them under an employment relationship on the basis of an employment contract: work related to welding, painting, machinery.If ... - Documents:
