Description:
The subject of the felling is the renovation of a single -family residential building (court) in the towns of Grodzisk in Dziaki with no. 513/4, 513/7. It is a free -story building, currently unknown. Renovation scope: - worship of the foundation beam; - foundation brick exchange Under the foundations for which the isolation of felt; - worship of external (logs) elements; - restoration of the external covering of the cutter from the formwork board from the west; - disassembly, renovation and repair and assembly of wooden windows and external doors; - repair and restoration resistance wall of the terrace from the west side of the building; - execution of a gray -gray stone terrace floor; - worship of the rafter and the structure of the wooden roof; - replacement of the roofing.
