Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Renovation, thermal modernization and change of use together with reconstruction of two neighboring residential buildings located at ul. Koszaliska 63 and 65 in Karlino along with land development, plot no. 219/3, 219/5, 220/2, 220/3, 221/2, 221/3, district no. 0004, Karlino, and plot no. 250/2, district no. 0005, Karlino2. Justification for not dividing the order into parts. Due to technological and implementation reasons as well as rational spending of public funds, this is not possible dividing it into honors. This would pose a threat of restriction of competition or excessive technical difficulties and costs of carrying out the order, as well as the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the order. In ongoing proceedings by the Ordering Party always involve contractors from the small and medium-sized business sector.3. The subject of the order constitutes an indivisible whole, only due to the financial settlement, two scopes have been separated: - Scope A consisting of renovation, thermal modernization and change of use together with the reconstruction of an unused attic (attic) into residential premises in an apartment building...
