Description:
1. The subject of the order is the renovation of flats in residential buildings owned by TBS Wrocaw Sp. z o. o., owned by the Ordering Party. The order was divided into four parts (hereinafter also referred to as tasks), i.e.: a) Task No. 1 concerns the renovation of a residential premises at ul. Brzeziska 29 m.10 in Wroclaw to the extent consistent with the bill of quantities;2. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a 24-month warranty for the construction works performed. The appropriate declaration can be found in the Offer Form.3. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor has valid liability insurance during the execution of the contract civil insurance with an insurance sum of at least PLN 50,000. zlotys.4. Detailed information regarding the implementation of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order, Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ Bills of Quantities robt, Appendix No. 4 to SWZ - Template of the contract for Task No. 1, 2, 3, 4
