Description:
Submitting an offer in the procedure is tantamount to accepting the content of all documents attached to the procedure in question, in particular: - IPU - BILL OF QUANTITIES FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS - BILL OF QUANTITIES FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF ELECTRICAL WORKS - BILL OF QUANTITIES FOR PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTATION - GDPR (contained in the IPU) - GTC - other documents attached to the procedure. The subject of the order is the renovation of residential premises No. 2 at ul. Karwowskiego 10 in Poznań along with the implementation of a project for internal replacement gas installation and preparation of design documentation for the replacement of wooden windows together with obtaining permission from the Municipal Conservator of Monuments, hereinafter referred to as the "Documentation" and obtaining all required final decisions, permits, arrangements or consents of relevant entities, hereinafter referred to as "Permits", for construction works covered by the Documentation, as well as carrying out a chimney sweep inspection, tightness tests of the gas installation and measurements of the electrical installation. Detailed scope was specified in the bill of quantities made available for the announcement in question. THE VALUE THAT THE ORDERING PARTY INTENDS TO ALLOCATE TO FINANCING THE ORDER: NET PLN 117,733.06 THE CONTRACTOR IS OBLIGATED TO ATTACH Annex No. 1 - FORM TO THE OFFER OFFER with a breakdown of the offered amount into individual elements of the order.
