Submitting an offer in the procedure is tantamount to accepting the content of all documents attached to the procedure in question, in particular: - IPU - BILL OF QUANTITIES FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS - BILL OF QUANTITIES FOR THE PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTATION - BILL OF QUANTITIES FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF AN ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE - GDPR (contained in the IPU) - GTC - other documents attached to the procedure. The subject of the order is the renovation of residential premises No. 3 at ul. Opolska 106 in Poznań, a chimney sweep inspection and preparation of an energy performance certificate prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 2014 on the energy performance of buildings and the Construction Law Act of July 7, 1994.
