Description:
The subject of the order is the renovation of a residential premises to adapt to the needs of a training apartment located in the building at ul. Kolejowa 2/13 in Strzelin In order to perform the above task, the following works will be carried out: Internal demolition works: - dismantling of sanitary facilities, washbasin and shower taps as well as wall and floor tiles; - cutting off the plinths; - tearing up the floor; - dismantling the walls; - carving steel frames out of the wall; - removing rubble. Internal construction works: - construction with plasterboard studs; - laying wall tiles; - priming with preparations priming; - removing old paints; - plastering, facing walls, painting twice; - laying plaster replies; - insulating the panels; - installation of flooring (panels, tiles) - removal of waste to a selective waste collection point; - installation of floor skirting boards; - door installation; - installation of blinds. Installation sanitary and central heating - disassembly and reassembly of the gas heater; - cutting grooves in the walls; - installation of pipes and valves along with their insulation; - replacement of the bathroom radiator and connections; - installation of sanitary facilities and faucets washbasins...
