Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order includes construction works, in particular: renovation of the suspended ceiling in the room of the Resident Services Department. All decorative boards in the modular ceiling must be replaced. The ceiling structure itself can be cleaned by washing with rodcleaning stones. Ventilation grilles and diffusers should be dismantled, washed and reinstalled. All lighting fixtures, evacuation and directional fixtures, as well as cameras and detectors remain unchanged. They must be secured during renovation works., On the roof, around the skylights, a seal should be made withself-adhesive dam. Sealing tape made of rubber-modified bitumen, reinforced with aluminum foil on one side. After sealing the skylights, the ceiling surface should be painted and the stains removed. 2. Characteristics of the facility. The project involves carrying out renovation works in thearranging the residents' service room of the Wola District Office of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw. The building is located on plot no. 114 within 6-02-07 in Warsaw at al. Solidarnoci 90. The scope of the planned works covers only the internal part of the building.
