4.1. The subject of the order is construction works consisting in Renovation of the roof covering in the sports hall along with processing at the Primary School No. 195 at ul. Krla Maciusia 5 in Warsaw Stage I, which includes the following works: a) Dismantling works of the installation lightning protection, sheet metal flashings, parts of gutters not suitable for renovation and cutting off loose plaster from ventilation chimneys and on some vertical elements in accordance with some of the drawings. b) Cleaning the roof covered by the study. c) Laying MFP boards thick. 22 mm on the cover made of trapezoidal sandwich panels. d) Execution of underlay felt and top covering. Changes to hollow cement boards are allowed. The material will be agreed with the Ordering Party and the designer. e) Installation of new flashings and gutters as well as a gutter strip made of galvanized sheet metal. coated. Color to be agreed with the Investor. f) Installation of a new aluminum lightning protection installation at distances in accordance with the current standard and measurement of the resistance of this installation after its installation. g) Repairs of plaster on chimneys and other vertical elements.
