Description:
3.1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting of: disassembly of existing roofing elements, installation of reinforcing elements and parts of replaced roof truss structures, supplementation of formwork, installation of new sheet metal flashings and roofing felt insulation. roof covering, installation of a lightning protection system and gutters in the facility, i.e. the palace in Grabwno, located in the plot no. 8168/16 Grabwno, commune Miasteczko Krajeskie, at ul. Lipowa 23, entered into the register of monuments under the registration number 270/Wlkp/A by decision of January 16, 2006. The Ordering Party informs that that on plot 8168/16 there is also a manor park, entered in the register of monuments under the register number 311/11 by decision of August 19, 1977. The indicated facility has permits to carry out construction works on the monument, i.e. the palace in Grabwno, entered in the register of monuments, issued under the authority of Wielkopolska Provincial Conservator of Monuments by the Head of the Delegation in Piła.
