• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is: 1) performance by the Contractor of general construction renovation works and electrical installations, including the installation of lightning protection, regarding: - the roof and attic of the unused main building along with the gable walls, - roofing on the 5th floor on the eastern side, - roof and unusable attic on the 2nd floor (attic no. 2), - terrace/flat roof above the avant-corps on the 3rd floor (eastern side), - roof over the added staircase with an elevator shaft, 2) preparation of as-built documentation and transfer of the copyright to this documentation to the Ordering Party and transfer of ownership of the media on which the documentation was recorded.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order as well as terms and conditions realizacji zamwienia okrelone s w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowicych zacznik nr 8 do SWZ.3. The description of the Employer's facility and the scope of construction works are specified in the Technical Documentation constituting Annex No. 2 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
