Submitting an offer in the procedure is tantamount to accepting the content of all documents attached to the procedure in question, in particular: - IPU - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR THE EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS (STWiOR) - BILL OF QUANTITIES - GDPR (contained in the IPU) - General Terms and Conditions - other documents attached to proceedingsThe subject of the order is the renovation of the roof with partial replacement of gutters and sheet metal flashings on the residential barracks at ul. INTENDS TO ALLOCATE FOR FINANCING THE ORDER: PLN 53,740.65 NET CONDITIONThe Ordering Party requires the Contractor to demonstrate that in the last 5 years before the deadline for submitting offers, it has completed an order corresponding to the type of the subject of this order, i.e. it has completed at least one renovation or reconstruction or extension or modernization of the roof for an amount not less than PLN 34,000.00 gross. In order to meet the condition, the Contractor should submit Annex No. 1, current as of the date of submission of the offer, i.e. a list of construction works performed over the last 5 years, and if the period of activity is shorter - during this period, along with providing the subject matter, dates of performance and entities for which the services were performed, along with evidence specifying whether these services were performed properly, the evidence in question being references or other documents prepared by under...
