- 1. The subject of the order is: Carrying out works including the renovation of a room in the Volunteer Fire Department building along with adapting it to the Informal Caregivers Support Center in the existing Volunteer Fire Department building on plot no. 341/2 in the town of Wawrzeczyce, commune. Igoomia-Wawrzeczyce located on the ground floor of the building for the new function of the Center Support for Informal Caregivers. The multifunctional room with an area of approximately 96 m2 is subject to adaptation. The scope of work includes: construction of new partition walls, replacement of window frames, removal and construction of new floors, expansion and modernization of the water and sewage system and the central heating, replacement and development of the electrical installation along with the installation of new lighting, adjustment of ventilation, repainting of walls and ceilings, adaptation of the rooms and parking lot to the needs of disabled people. The aim of the work is to ensure full functionality of the facility in accordance with applicable regulations building regulations and accessibility requirements for people with disabilities.
