Description:
1. The subject of the order is the renovation of the rooms and communication route on the 2nd floor in the Radio Gdask S.A. building. from the design documentation attached to the SWZ (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), bill of quantities (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ), Technical specifications of the execution i acceptance of works (Appendix No. 4 to SWZ). in each case where in the design documentation or STWiOR the product (material) is described using standards, technical assessments, specifications technical and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows equivalent products (materials). If in the above-mentioned by means of trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by specific contractor, the Ordering Party allows equivalent products that meet the equivalence criteria given for specific products, materials and devices in STWiOR.
