Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the renovation of rooms in the office building at ul. Budowlanych 41. The building, on behalf of the Ordering Party, is administered by the Municipal Board of Residential Buildings in Tychy, through its organizational unit: Technical and Operational Department with its registered office in Tychy at ul. Filaretw 31. The scope of the basic order includes: modernization of sanitary facilities, renovation of electrical and telecommunications installations and replacement of water and sewage installations.2. Additional requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the order.2.1. The works will be carried out in an active facility. Contractor obliged will adjust the organization and schedule of construction works so as not to interfere with the operation of the facility and agree on the course of works with the Ordering Party and the building users.2.2. At the stage of execution of works (including organization of the construction site and storage of materials), the contractor is obliged to absolutely compliance with the rules for securing trees and shrubs on the construction site, specified in the Public Green Areas Management System for the city of Tychy constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and the applicable regulations in this regard scope.
