Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: Renovation works on the rooms in the service and technical building will include the following scope of work: 1) Removal of existing floor tiles and the existing floor in the vestibule rooms (on the eastern and western sides) together with the reconstruction of the floor - 4.1 m2, , 2)Roinstallation of PVC floor coverings in the corridor and rooms - 125 m2, 3) Laying stoneware tile floors measuring 60x60 m2 (anti-slip class - not less than R-9) - 129 m2 with plinths 10 cm high - 120 m, , 4) Removing old wallpapers from the walls - 61.2 m2, 5) Preparing the walls in allthese renovated rooms, including: repair of plaster defects after installation works, removal of water stains and small cracks, removal of old paneling, preparation and strengthening of wall and ceiling surfaces with primers, etc., 6) Laying tiles in the dining room to a height2 m, 7) Two-time painting of walls and ceilings with internal latex emulsion paints - 651 m2, 8) Protection of walls previously painted with latex paints with a protective colorless varnish for walls (up to a height of 2 meters) - 240 m2, 9) Painting internal window sills with white oil paint ...
