Description:
The subject of the order is the renovation of the sidewalk in the area of building 4A Rehabilitation, on the premises of the DPS Rehabilitation and Care Center in Łodź. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the description required by the Ordering Party in the scope of delivery are specified in: - Description of the subject of the order, Appendix No. 3 to SWZ; - Illustrative photos current status of the subject of the order - Annex No. 3a and 3b to the SWZ; - Overview map - Annex No. 2a to the SWZ; - Bill of quantities - Annex No. 2b to the SWZ; - STWOR - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ; - Designed provisions of the contract, Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key parts of the order. The Contractor provides a warranty for construction works for a period of 24 to 48 months (offer evaluation criterion) from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol by the Parties. The Contractor is obliged to have insurance/ civil liability insurance for activities related to the subject of the contract for the amount of not less than PLN 25,000.00.
