Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the renovation of a residential premises intended for social rent. Scopes of general construction, painting, wall and floor cladding, flooring and installation works. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 1.1. to SWZ Przedimensions of work. The conditions for the execution and acceptance of works are included in Annex No. 1.2. to SWZ Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works, 3. The Ordering Party places on the Internet photographic documentation of the current condition of the residential premises, which constitutes Annex No. 1.3. to SWZ:, https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PATel3vUAxJ3YUR7jbUO7JNu4C3v0QwI/view?usp=sharing, 4. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a warranty of at least 36 months for the completed subject of the order, counted from the date of final acceptance of the construction works being the subject of the order. The Contractor offers the warranty in the Offer form (Appendix No. 3a to SWZ). The contractor may offer to extend the warranty period, which is the criterion for assessing K2's offers (see point XVI of the SWZ). 5. The conditions for the execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
