A brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order are construction works covering the renovation of the building of the sports hall, thermomodernization together with the replacement of the roof covering on the building of the Hall at Primary School No. 2 in Lipnica Wielka. A detailed scope of works has been specified in the Annexes to the SWZ - Sequence of works, detailed technical specifications for the implementation and receipt of construction works and technical documentation. IMPORTANT: The contractor should take into account that the performance of the order will be carried out on the premises of Primary School No. 2, and robots will also be carried out during its operation. The Contractor undertakes to organize in a way that does not expect users of the object and third parties in dangers and nuisances resulting from the works, causing the inability to conduct ongoing activities, while applying special precautions.
