A brief description of the subject of the order: the subject of the order is the renovation of the sports hall at the Primary School in Fałków, Łubowo Municipality. Sportowa is a one-storey object built about 2000. A typical object for tallestimed with the use of industrialized technology. Refurbishment construction works are designed: - internal painting works with liquidation of inter-mailing cavities and with sheltering coatings, - replacement of the floor of the hall, - modernization of hall lighting, the scope of the contract includes the implementation of all works in accordance with the technical documentation. The local vision is a local vision after prior arrangement. Offer of the contractor who will not take a local vision will be rejected on the basis of art226 para. 1 point 18 of the PZP Law. With remarks for flat-rate settlement, in the estimation of the price, the Contractor should also take into account all elements of the executive process including (if applicable), for example: organizing at its expense of the construction site and running works in accordance with health and safety regulations, providing ongoing geodetic, archaeological service, marking and securing ...
