Description:
Task 1 - Renovation of the staircase in a multi-family residential building at ul. Czstochowska 3 in Biaymstok. Scope of construction works - securing floors, stairs, railings with foil, - securing windows and doors with foil, - preparing the ground, removing all paint coatings, - at the ground floor level, cut loose fragments of plaster and apply waterproofing and renovation plaster, (sealing the interior of the rooms against moisture penetrating from the outside should be made with liquid materials intended for processing with a brush, trowel or spraying device), - apply two coats of plaster, - coat the paneling twice with oil paint (color to be agreed with the Ordering Party), - paint the remaining surfaces of walls, ceilings, runs with white emulsion paint, - paint oil gas pipes, cabinets, grates - cleaning of electrical installation equipment, radiators, - washing of floors, windows after completion of the works, radiator Renovation of door joinery (entrance door to the staircase): cleaning of old paint, sanding surface, filling defects with epoxy putty, double painting with external oil paint with a matte structure...
