Description:
1. Name of the order: Renovation of ul. Opolska in Kluczbork.2. The subject of the order includes the renovation of ul. Opolska in Kluczbork.3. The detailed scope of works and the method of their execution are specified in the design documentation, bill of quantities and specifications for the technical execution and acceptance of construction works, developed for the purposes of this order and constituting Annex No. 7 to this Specification.4. Required by the Ordering Party min. warranty period 3 years. The offer of the Contractor who proposes a warranty period shorter than 3 years will be rejected as inconsistent with SWZ.5. If the Contractor does not offer no warranty period in the Offer Form (i.e. leaves the declaration regarding the offered warranty period for the entire subject of the order blank), it will receive 0 (zero) points in the Warranty period criterion, and the Ordering Party acknowledges and the Contractor offers a 3-year warranty for the completed subject of the order, counting from the day of final acceptance.6.
