Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the task entitled: Renovation of the glass studio warehouse in the tenement house at ul. Szczepanika 2, 38-400 Krosno., 1. The subject of the order includes the restoration (after flooding of the sanitary sewage) of the premises to the condition specified indesign documentation prepared for the implementation of the task Modernization of the Mazurkiewicz House in the Old Town complex in order to provide a new educational and cultural function, based on which a comprehensive renovation of the basements was carried out (2018). Construction works include demolition worksch, maintenance of walls and floors and finishing, electrical installations., 2. Subject to the provisions of the SWZ, materials and equipment necessary to complete the subject of the order are fully secured by the Contractor. , 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is: a. Technical Specification of Workmanship andConstruction Works Bureau (STWiORB). , b. Design documentation., c. Bill of quantities.
