Description:
1. The subject of the order is the renovation of submersible pumps in the Obrowo commune. 3. Scope of basic overhaul of submersible pumps: Disassembly: disassembly of the pump, verification, cleaning of elements, replacement of C3 bearings, replacement of the mechanical seal, replacement stator, shaft regeneration, sleeve bushing of the cap, regeneration of the pump electric motor winding - drying or rewinding, rotary cutter regeneration, welding of cutting sintered material, staggering, assembly: sealing, current and overvoltage tests, current inspections technical and maintenance of pumps3. The scope of work also includes: Labor costs (after renovation, each pump must be complete). Cost of travel to the place of service. Costs of collecting and transporting pumps (if the repair takes place off-site). Cost replacement of consumables and consumables, including: Oils Bearing seals Lubricants Rings Connectors Conduits Costs of tools, equipment and possible disassembly/assembly of pumps, Cost of tests and tests after repair/maintenance Warranties for services performed4.
