Description:
1. The ordering party will award the contract in two parts:
Part A: execution of works consisting in replacing the bituminous surface
Part B: execution of works involving the replacement of bituminous surfaces with mineral ones.
The contractor may submit an offer already one or two parts.
3. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation based on the Functional and Utility Program and then, on its basis, the performance of construction works for Part A and the performance of construction works for Part A on the basis of the Functional and Utility Program. B
4. Individual scopes of the subject of the order for Part A and Part B were included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Appendix No. 2a and 2b to the SWZ) and in the FFU (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ).
5. A detailed description of the subject of the order was specified in the FUP with annexes (Appendix No. 3 to SWZ).
6. Additional conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 2a and 2b to the SWZ).
