Description:
I. subject of proceedings and conditions. 1. The subject of the order is a construction work consisting in the naner of the traction network marked in PUT in Zbąszynek. A detailed description of the order was specified in the template constituting Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter SWZ) and in the preface of the works constituting Annex 3 to the template of the Agreement.SW and the attachment are available in the tab called "Annexes" .2. The contractor starting to the proceedings is obliged to the time limit indicated in chapter 13, the bid bond in money in the amount of PLN 29,000.00 (words: twenty: twenty nine thousand zlotys). 3. Assessment criterion: 100% gross price. 4. The contractor may take part in a local vision - a detailed description of Chapter 2 para. 3 swz.II. Course: The Employer informs that the procedure is conducted in two stages: a) 1st stage - submitting offers, b) 2nd stage - auction Electronic - the auction will start automatically after the end of the first stage and will last 15 minutes and extra time - the second stage, whose conditions are described in accordance with the setting of the procedure on the purchasing platform. The progress of the extra time lasts 3 minutes - it starts if in the last 3 minutes of proceedings Another offer (proceeding) will be submitted correctly.
