Description:
1. The subject of the contract is divided into tasks:
Task 1 (Łi): Renovation in ul. Columns on the section from property 121 to ul. Tomaszowska.
1.2. Task 2 (ZWiK): construction of sanitary sewage system and construction and reconstruction of the water supply in ul. Columns from POS. 121 to ul. Tomaszowska, divided into:
Task 2.1 Construction of sanitary sewage system in Street Columns from ul. Zygmunta to ul. Tomaszowska with side departures.
Task 2.2 Construction of a sanitary sewage system in ul. Columns on the section from ul. Zygmunt to the height of the property 121 along with side departure.
Task 2.3 Reconstruction and construction of the water supply together with connections in ul. Columns from ul. Zygmunta to ul. Tomaszowska.
Task 2.4 Reconstruction and construction of a water supply with connections in ul. Columns on the section from ul. Zygmunt to the height of property No. 121.
Task 2.5 Construction of the water supply with connections in the intersection of Kolumny, Tomaszowska, and Jedwabnicza streets.
Task 2.6 Reconstruction of the water supply in ul. Jedwabnicza on the section from ul. Columns for the 20a property.
1.3. Task 3 (WGK): Construction of a roadside ditch in ul. Columns.
2. The subject of the contract should be completed in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 8 to SWZ and the provisions of the draft contract concluded In Annex 9 to SWZ.
