Description:
The subject of the order is the renovation of vacant residential premises owned by the capital city of Warsaw, administered by ZGN in the Wola District of the capital city. Warsaw on the premises of TZOM Koo (3 premises: ul. Antka Rozpylacza 3 m. 54, ul. Cioka 2 m. 44, ul. Bielskiego 2 m. 26). The contractor is obliged to implement order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting an integral part of the SWZ. The works covered by the subject of the order include general construction, sanitary and electrical works, which should be performed in accordance with the scope of work specified in the bill of quantities and technical specifications execution and acceptance of works, constituting attachments to the SWZ. The bills of quantities specify the scope of work constituting the basis for calculating the value of lump-sum remuneration for individual premises. In order to prepare the offer correctly, it is recommended that the Contractor conduct a site visit at his own expense, where the subject of the order is to be implemented and obtain (at your own responsibility and risk) any information that may be important for the preparation offers.
