Description:
The subject of the order is the renovation of vacant residential premises (3 pieces) owned by the capital city. Warsaw, administered by the Real Estate Management Company in the Wola District of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw - Local Resident Service Team Koo (ul. Elekcyjna 33, Batalionu AK Pi3, Olbrachta 11)Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting an integral part of the SWZ. The works covered by the subject of the order include general construction, sanitary and electrical works, which should be performed in accordance with the scope of work specified in the bill of quantities and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, constituting annexes to the SWZ. The bills of quantities specify the scope of work constituting the basis for calculating the value of the lump sum remuneration for individual premises. In order to correctly prepare the offer, it is recommended that the Contractor performs it at his own expense site visit in the area where the subject of the contract is to be implemented and obtaining (at your own responsibility and risk) any information that may be important for the preparation offers.
