Description:
1. The subject of the order is the renovation of the main hall and side hall of the village community center in Turz. The works should include, among others: - installation of unused window and door openings, - repairs of internal plasters on walls, including drying and possibly fumigating damp areas, - installation of plaster reptiles, - application of new paint coatings on the walls, - installation of suspended ceilings, - liquidation of the water meter well, - installation of new floor coverings, - construction of a sliding door leaf to cover the stage room, which can be closed, - replacement of the installation electrical and ventilation, - moving the water meter to the external wall, - reconstruction of the connection system for heaters and air conditioners. The Ordering Party has an assessment of the technical condition of the main hall and the side hall, which contains conclusions and recommendations. 1.1 Other requirements of the Investor: 1) The Contractor guarantees execution of the subject of the order under the supervision of persons with the required professional preparation to perform independent technical functions in construction.2) The contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for its works for a minimum period of 36 months of...
