- 1. The subject of the order is the performance of ongoing renovations of the warehouse and residential building no. inw.105/191 located in Stary Sczu ul. Daszyskiego 32 The detailed scope of the construction works in question was determined using technical documentation, which includes the technical design of the renovation, technical drawings, photos, bill of quantities (is of auxiliary nature and is not used to calculate the offer price), which constitutes Annex No. 93. the scope of work includes: - painting the external walls of the building along with replacing sheet metal flashings, replacing ventilation grilles, technical boxes located on building facade, replacement of roof soffits, on the eaves of the building, renovation of the facade in places where damage occurs, painting the external walls of the building, - replacement of the roof covering with ceramic tiles, gutters and renovation of the lightning protection system, installation of system ventilation chimneys, - painting the entrance gates to the building and replacing two pairs of entrance doors - works inside the building consisting of painting the staircase and rooms and replacing floors.
