Description:
1. The subject of the order are renovation works in the building of the Kalisz City Hall at ul. Jasna 1 in Kalisz on the basis of the documents specified in point 4.6. SWZ.2. The material scope covered by these proceedings includes in particular: 1) demolition and dismantling works; 2) partial replacement of door joinery internal; 3) piercing door openings in partition walls; 4) bricking up door openings; 5) demolishing partition walls; 6) constructing a partition wall; 7) plastering the walls; 8) performing sub-floor layers and installing PVC floor coverings for public utility facilities; 9) applying plaster and painting walls and ceilings;10) installation of wall and floor tiles (applies to the ground floor and part of the staircase);11) modifications to the water and sewage installations;12) installation of water and sewage fittings;13) delivery and installation of sanitary equipment (faucets, washbasins, toilets);14) stripping plasters and removing fungi from the basement walls;15) cleaning, degreasing and painting the ceiling beams in the basement;16) making and installing handrails at the stairs (ground floor, room 1.11);17) dismantling unnecessary elements of the electrical installation;18) assembly insta...
