Description:
The subject of the order are construction works consisting of: renovation works in the buildings of Uzdrowisko Rabka S.A. The building of the Natural Medicine Department, the Jagiellonka Sanatorium, and the Cardiological Spa Hospital in Rabka Zdroj. 2. Investment location: a) The building of the Natural Medicine Department - 34-700 Rabka-Zdrj, ul. Orkana 49. b) Jagiellonka Building - 34-700 Rabka-Zdrj, ul. Brzozowa 6. c) Building of the Spa Cardiology Hospital - 34-700 Rabka-Zdrj, Al. Jordana 2. 3. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is specified in the Documentation (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ), and in particular in the bill of quantities robt and in the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of robt (STWIORB). Due to the lump-sum nature of the contractor's remuneration, the bills of quantities are only of auxiliary nature for the purpose of submitting an offer. The contractor will be obliged to perform the entire scope described robt.
