In accordance with Annexes No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 attached to the proceedings. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure without giving a reason and without refunding the costs of preparing the offer. In order to submit an offer, please attach the completed offer form, Annex No. 1 (together with completed Annexes No. 3 and No. 4 and the National Court Register or CEIDG). The ordering party requires on-site visit to the facility confirmed on the form attached as Appendix 4. On-site visit from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on November 5, 2025. Due to the nature of the facility, the Ordering Party requires the presentation of a third party liability insurance policy for at least PLN 4,000,000, Due to electrical works, the Contractor will present SEP E authorizations.
