Description:
TASK No. 1 ul. Biskupa Tomasza I-go 7/12, ul. Pomorska 19/9, The scope of the order in individual premises includes: 1) masonry and plastering, flooring, flooring, carpentry, cladding and painting works, 2) works in the field of sanitary installations including the necessary replacement of equipment, 3) works in the field of electrical installations, including the necessary replacement of equipment, 4) preparation of acceptance documentation for each residential premises to the extent specified in section 3. 1 point 17) of the contract template. The execution of the order in question is carried out within the framework of non-returnable construction support from the Subsidies Fund, i.e. co-financing by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. The purpose of the order is not only to carry out reconstruction works, but also to increase the technical and operational parameters of the premises by using materials of appropriate quality and durability, as well as supporting thermal modernization and adapting equipping the premises in accordance with applicable regulations, e.g. by using window and balcony joinery with the heat transfer coefficient of windows/balcony doors UW = 0.9 W/m2K.
