Description:
Request for quotation are invited for Renovation Works at Residential Property, Bielawa District in Konstancin, Poland. The American Embassy has a requirement for firms to renovate one terrace, one balcony, one kitchen, two bathrooms, and one restroom at the property located in Bielawa district in Konstancin. The project requires a qualified contractor to perform electrical, masonry and plumbing work according to US and local standard industry practices. This is one-time type of contract with firm-fixed price. The total value is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Project needs to be completed by September 29, 2023. All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal: · Be able to understand written and spoken English; · Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing; · Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work; · Have all licenses and permits required by local law; · Meet all local insurance requirements; · Have no adverse criminal record; · Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interests of the United States; · Have good experience and past performance records; and, · Identify technical competence required to complete the construction work in accordance with this solicitation.
