- 1. The subject of the order is renovation and ongoing maintenance, securing and repairing failures in water supply and sewage installations in buildings and residential premises constituting a municipal resource, managed and administered by the Housing Management Department, Social Housing Association z o. o. in Czstochowa, consisting in: 1) removing failures reported to the Contractor for removal or protection between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on working days, on non-working days and on Sundays and holidays by the Ordering Party's dispatcher or the supervision inspector of the Operations Department, by telephone notification, containing the exact location (address), serial number from the ordering party's register, and data of the notifying party. The contractor is obliged to provide telephone numbers to which failures will be reported. The Contractor should begin to remove or secure the failure within no more than 30 minutes from the time of receipt telephone order from the Ordering Party's dispatcher and end after the final removal and securing of the failure.
