- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The order concerns the renovation of roads with a dirt surface, cutting the sides of municipal roads as well as desilting and digging ditches along municipal roads in the Jarocin Commune. The material scope of the subject matter consists of the basic order and the order covered by the option right., 2.The ordering party, exercising the option right specified in Article 441 of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law, will specify the basic procurement covering: 1) renovation of the surface of municipal roads with a dirt surface by: profiling the road using a motorized grader,using a self-propelled vibrating roller, filling in gaps or hardening the surface with granite masonry, fr. 0-31.5 mm or construction rubble,, channeling the ground for future hardening along with the removal of excavated material, , 2) cutting the dirt sides of municipal roads by: mechanical removalthat the municipal layer of earth and/or turf lying on the roadside is allowed to be cut by hand or with an excavator, together with loading, removal and management of the excavated material, using a roadside cutter at a width of no more than 1.0 m, in justified cases : For justification...
