Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works titled: Renovation of sections of district roads in the Żywiec County - parts 1 and 2. 2. The order was divided into the following two parts: Part 1: Renovation of the section of district road No. 1449 S in Szary at km 0+435 to km 0+632;3. Detailed scope and technical requirements execution of the subject of the order, specify: 1) for part of the order No. 1, the bill of quantities, Appendix No. 4.1 to the SWZ, and the technical specification, Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ;4. The Ordering Party requires that persons performing activities during the execution of the order, in particular such as: construction works, installation works, other the work of persons who will directly perform activities related to the performance of work, i.e. physical workers performing activities involving the performance of work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended) with the exception of civil servants independent technical functions in construction, application to Art. 12 et seq. Construction Law, were employed by the Contractor on the basis of a relationship work.
