- 1. The subject of the order is the renovation of gas installations in buildings and residential premises constituting a municipal resource, managed and administered by Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego w Czstochowie Spka z o.o.. The contractor shall perform activities related to the implementation of the subject orders using your own employees, materials, tools and means of transport. The works will be performed on the basis of orders issued by the Ordering Party, containing the exact address of the premises and building along with specifying the scope of works necessary to be performed.2. The scope of implementation covered by the subject of the order is specified in the bill of quantities in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. In the offer price, the contractor must include all costs necessary to complete the order, resulting directly from the SWZ, as well as those not included in it, and without which the order cannot be completed. 3.
