1. The subject of the order is the renovation of vacant residential premises located in residential buildings, constituting the municipal resource of the commune managed and administered by the Housing Management Department of the Social Housing Association in Czstochowie Spka z o. o. street Polskiej Agencja Wojskowej 24, 42-200 Czstochowa and preparation of energy performance certificates for each renovated premises - in the area of operation of the Operations Department at ul. Nowowiejskiego 26 in Czstochów premises at: ul. Focha 63/65 m 1, ul. Drzymay 3 m 13, ul. Puaskiego 59/65 m 64, ul. Sobieskiego 19a m 12.2. The scope of implementation covered by the subject of the order is determined by the bill of quantities of works, appendices from No. 7.1.1) to No. 7.1.4) to the SWZ and the Technical Specification of Workmanship and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) common to all premises, Appendix No. 8 to SWZ. In the offer price, the contractor must include all costs necessary to complete the order, resulting directly from the SWZ, as well as those not included in it, and without which it is impossible to perform order.
