Description:
The subject of the order are rental and service services of sanitary equipment in 2026, in accordance with the requirements specified in the procedure documentation according to. following tasks:
task no. 1: Rental and service of sanitary equipment for 2026 - toilet cabins and free-standing field washbasins;
task no 2: Rental and service of sanitary equipment for 2026 - washbasin, shower or washbasin-shower, washbasin-toilet, toilet cabins and field washbasins, water tanks, sewage tank
1. The subject of the order is the rental and service of sanitary equipment for 2026 - free-standing toilet cabins and field washbasins, i.e.:
─rental and service of basic standard toilet cabins: number of cabins: 139 pcs.
─rental and service of toilet cabins of a higher standard: number of cabins: 9 pcs.;
─rental and service of free-standing field washbasins: number of washbasins 68 pcs;
2. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party within two business days from the date of signing the contract:
─ current permit from the competent administrative authority to conduct business
in the scope of emptying septic tanks and transporting liquid waste, in accordance with with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities of September 13, 1996 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, consolidated text)
─ contract with the sewage treatment plant, concluded in connection with the specified requirements
in the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities...
