- I. SUBJECT OF THE ORDER1. Rental of a Christmas tree with decorative and lighting elements (provided by the Contractor). Rental and assembly in the place indicated by the Ordering Party (area in front of the Zagbia Palace of Culture at Plac Wolnoci 1 in Dbrowa Grnicza) and effective connection to the electricity network Christmas trees (from the nearest lamppost) along with the decorative and lighting elements listed in Annex 1 to the contract. The Contractor's tasks will include the installation of all elements, constant maintenance in full technical condition, disassembly and collection of the Christmas tree structure from the place of disassembly along with decorative and lighting elements and restoring the area to its pre-installation condition. Whenever this contract mentions a Christmas tree, the Ordering Party means the structure of the Christmas tree with all the required decorative elements and lighting owned by the Contractor. Christmas tree design including parameters and a description of the Christmas tree structure along with a list of decorative and lighting elements required by the Ordering Party are provided in Annex No. 1 to the contract.
