- 1. The subject of the order is the lease along with delivery, arrangement, assembly, connection to power points, commissioning and maintenance of Christmas illuminations in the OmankiI Commune. Subject of the orderThe order includes in particular: a) Delivery, installation and commissioning of LED Christmas decorations in accordance with the list and location indicated by the Ordering Party. b) Rental of decorations for the period from the date of assembly to the date of dismantling. c) Maintenance and servicing) Transport of lantern decorations belonging to the Ordering Party from and to the warehouse in accordance with the provisions of this OPZ and their assembly, connection to points power supply, start-up, ongoing operation. II. Scope of the Contractor's responsibilities1. The contractor is obliged to: a) deliver, install and put into operation all elements of the Christmas illumination; b) provide the necessary assembly materials, cabling, brackets, protections and assembly equipment; c) transport lantern decorations from a warehouse located up to 100 km from Omianki to the assembly site in the amount of 235 pieces. d) perform the assembly in a safe manner and do not damage infrastructure elements; e) remove any waste generated p...
