- 1. The subject of the Agreement is the rental of containers for collecting mixed waste, paper, plastic and glass with a capacity of 120 l, 240 l, 360 l and 1,100 l and the replacement of containers in the event of their wear resulting from proper, normal use.2. The Contractor undertakes to deliver, at his own expense, as of July 1, 2026, containers in accordance with the number, capacity and place of delivery indicated in Annex No. 2 to this Agreement.3. The containers described in section 1 of the Agreement should meet certain requirements below are the technical conditions that allow them to be used as intended. Containers must meet the requirements of the PN-EN 840 standard, they can be used, suitable for further use, i.e. they should be complete (with covers and functioning wheels) with durable structure, in good technical condition, without cracks or other damage.4. The Contractor agrees that the containers will be equipped with a chip and marked in accordance with the requirements of the currently applicable Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order at area of the City of Poznań.
