- 1. The subject of the order includes the rental (supplies, assembly, commissioning and dismantling) of a mobile ice rink with dimensions of 18x25 meters, with a roof in the form of a tent hall with dimensions of 20x30 meters, along with technical infrastructure in the form of a cooling unit, a social container (for cash registers and yew rentals), a container intended for storing an ice care machine, rubber protective mats, benches with hangers and an ice care machine in the form of an LPG roll. The scope of the above-mentioned service also includes training of the Ordering Party's staff in the ongoing operation of the ice rink, maintenance of the ice surface, use of the ice maintenance machine and provision of technical service regarding the operation of devices necessary for the proper functioning of the ice rink provided by the Contractor. The Ordering Party requires maximum service response time to possible failures and faults exceeding 24 hours from the time of notification to the Contractor. The service response time means the removal of a possible failure/fault or the replacement of a malfunctioning device within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the time of reporting.2.
