Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of services, hereinafter referred to as Services, i.e.: 1) rental, installation, configuration and commissioning of multifunctional devices and laser printers, hereinafter referred to as Devices, and software for managing and monitoring print and feed printing for a maximum of 200 users, hereinafter referred to as the Software, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 2 to the Agreement; 2) comprehensive service and technical support for the Devices referred to in point 1, including the successive delivery of consumables for the Devices and carrying out, at the request of the Ordering Party, instruction in the use of Devices for a maximum of 3 people (from the IT Department) indicated by the Ordering Party, hereinafter referred to as Service Support; 3) providing and maintaining an electronic portal (System) for submitting service reports referred to in point. 2, hereinafter referred to as the Portal notification. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms of its implementation are presented in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, which constitutes a model contract together with attachments.
