- 1. The subject of the order is the lease of photocopiers for the needs of the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw and its subordinate district prosecutor's offices.2. The lease covers a total of 67 photocopiers. The service will consist in ensuring the full functionality of the leased devices during the duration of the contract. Depreciation costs leased devices, consumables (except photocopier paper), costs of inspections and repairs that were not the fault of the Ordering Party, costs of spare parts for the leased devices, costs of service travel and training of designated employees of the Ordering Party will be borne by the Contractor. The Ordering Party predicts 50 failures during the contract period. The expected number of copies of individual devices during the 24-month period of contract implementation is presented in Appendix No. 3a to the SWZ. 3. The list of units and detailed requirements for the implementation of the order are included in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix no. 1 of SWZ.
